What data we process
We only process the data you voluntarily provide when contacting us: name, company, email address and the content of your message. The contact form opens your email application and the message is sent by email; we do not store that data on the website. In addition, your browser stores your theme preference locally; that information is not sent to any server.

We use your data solely to handle your enquiry or request and to reply to you. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by sending us the message.
Retention and recipients
We keep your email for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, maintain any relationship that arises. We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@lybits.es. If you believe we have not properly handled your rights, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
