The challenge
Monitor production to reach the optimal process at every stage: analyse optimal manufacturing patterns against current conditions, keep the full history to always compare against the best pattern, propose the best process (a prescriptive model) and raise alerts when production falls below optimal values due to a disruption or incident.

A fully integrated application with unified production data that analyses production patterns in real time, learns from history, offers a prescriptive model and raises alerts to prevent human error and any incident.
