Full digitalization of production processes for complete control of quality and efficiency. It integrates plants and assets and connects to the ERP, letting manufacturers adapt quickly to change and innovation.
The challenge
Demand for more customized products, faster, forces manufacturers to raise efficiency and productivity. Given the huge volume of plant data, the flexibility of SCADA systems was needed to guarantee and monitor production, and to collect that data from open systems to build a custom application with indicators useful for decision-making.
The solution
A custom application showing a dashboard that unifies all the data pulled from different sources —PLCs, machines, SCADA systems— integrated into a single repository with valuable data for the company and its managers.
