Improves animal control and traceability. With a simple photo of the 8-digit ID number (RIA), the animal's record and all the traceability information required by the livestock sector is retrieved.
The challenge
A mobile app for the livestock sector that, from a photo, lets the operator verify and manage all the mandatory procedures with the Ministry of Agriculture: report and record any animal movement in the SITRAN database, and manage REGA, RIA and REMO.
The solution
A mobile app with recognition of the 8-digit animal ID number (RIA): with a single photo, the operator queries the company's management database and checks that the movements record (REMO) and the exports record (REGA) are correct, avoiding errors and streamlining a task that used to be manual and required two operators.
